Our Foundation

Training is not just about performance and it is not something to avoid.

In our culture, the body is often idolized or neglected, pushed to extremes or withdrawn from altogether.

Holete was built to restore a deeper, long-term vision of training, rooted in stewardship, formation, and lasting strength.

Our Principles

Stewardship of the Body

Our bodies are not our own but a vessel for the Spirit to dwell in. We are called to steward them with wisdom, care, and excellence.

Teaching Life Lessons Within Competition

Competition in sports is a space where we practice Christlikeness and sanctification. It is more than winning. It is formation.

A Healthy Relationship with Training & Food

There is a Kingdom-minded way to build a healthy relationship with exercise, sport, competition, food, and self-image. We reject both obsession and avoidance.

The Hope in Our Broken Bodies

We live in a fallen world with bodies that are not yet perfect and prone to weakness, injury, aches, and pain. Yet we hold hope in the full redemption to come.

We live in the “in-between” of what Christ has already accomplished and what is still to be restored. The groaning of our bodies should lead us to entrust our pain to the Lord, expecting His healing now and complete restoration in eternity.

A Kingdom-Minded View of Training

We are not training only for the here and now, nor are we obsessing over longevity. We train with diligence, discipline, and excellence while resting in God’s grace & strength amid weakness and limitation.

Training Body & Soul Together

Our bodies and souls were created together to worship God. There is a calling to train both in tandem, knowing that growth in one shapes the other.
