Meet Your coach

I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy with experience training youth athletes and working alongside Division I athletes at Ohio State University, including football, lacrosse, and track & field. In both training and rehabilitation settings, I've helped athletes develop athleticism, movement quality, and confidence while reducing injury risk and improving performance.

My passion is helping athletes build a strong foundation for long-term success. Whether you're looking to improve speed, agility, power, jumping ability, or overall movement quality, these sessions are designed to develop the athletic qualities that transfer directly to the field, court, and everyday life.
