Biweekly Coaching Calls (30 min)
We’ll meet every 2 weeks to review your form, make adjustments, answer questions, and keep you moving forward with clarity.
Weekly Check-Ins + Support
Stay accountable and supported with check-ins between calls, so you don’t fall off track when life gets busy.
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has experience walking alongside a wide range of individuals — from Division I athletes and CrossFit coaches to former collegiate athletes, active adults, and people simply trying to feel better in their bodies again.
My background includes working with Division I teams at Ohio State University (football, lacrosse, and track & field), along with experience in orthopedic settings helping individuals navigate pain, recover from injury, and return to training, sport, and everyday activities with more confidence.
I’ve worked with youth athletes learning how to move well from the start, as well as busy adults and desk workers trying to rebuild consistency in the middle of full schedules. That range has shaped how I coach — not just for performance, but for real life.
I’m also an athlete myself, and I understand what it’s like to train hard, deal with setbacks, and try to stay consistent when life gets busy.
The way I train you will give you more energy in your day-to-day life, fit your specific demands and hobbies, while building the awareness to know when to push, when to rest, and how to keep progressing in a way that actually lasts. My ultimate goal is for you to enjoy movement and steward your body well in whatever season of life you’re in. Let’s step into this together!
